hardware missing‎

I will never come back, i bough a hardwood table with 6 chair, coming in boxes of 2 each, one of the box was missing the hardware for the installation, so i called to tell them, but they are not able to send me the hardware missing. So much trouble for so little bag, now i have to brake down one chai to pull the hardware and go to home depot, so pain in the ass.‎
