Nation-All Clean overcharged me excessively. They quoted me a price of $69.99 to steam clean the wall-to-wall carpets in two rooms then charged me $79.99 for them, then I asked them to clean a small screened in patio (8'X12') on the second floor and they charged me $99.99 for that. Then they charged me $45.00 to spray a little cleaner on several spots on one of the carpets. The total for all of this should have been $215.00 or less, they added the bill incorrectly and charged me $250.00. They sent two people and one did nothing but stand around and talk. I recommend that no one use their services; they are dishonest!!!!!
