Very Satisfied
My husband and I had a pleasant experience with Nat Jackson Floor Service. He was very professional, and delivered on all that was promised in the contract. We first utilized his service 21 years ago, and still get compliments on the work that was done. We recently hired again and completely satisfied. Have recommended his work to others and they were satisfied also.

He made gross errors in his work, decided what to do without discussing it with us and then refused to correct his own mistakes and lied about what he was told to do. Then he got confrontational in our own home and had to be told to leave. He was extremely rude and I regret paying him for work we now have to correct ourselves
