When I booked the appointment, Carrie was very friendly and seemed very nice. My fiance and I were coming in from out of town to meet with Carrie about our wedding. The appointment was for 11:00am and at 9:30am, I got a very rude and sarcastic call from Carrie asking why I was late for our appointment. (She had us down at 9:00 which was impossible since we were coming in from so far)She made it very clear that she was upset because she had come in early to meet with us and hung up on me. I called her back immediately letting her know that we would not be needing her services. She laughed in my face when I explained that I didn't appreciate her attitude and, again, hung up on me. It's a good thing I found out about her horrible attitude now. Since she is the owner, there is nobody she has to answer to about customer service. I would, absolutely, not recommend dealing with her or her shop.
