My husbent and I had NRG come out to our house to service our air conditioning system (a 10 year old Carrier). The technician (Dmitri) was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about our system. I'm sure he could have talked us into buying a whole new CA system, but instead, fixed the problem and saved us a lot of money. We're not sure how long our current air conditioner will last, but we are sold on the honesty of NRG. - that's for sure - and we'll call them again when this old one needs replacement.

I can say they are doing fine. I'm blown away with the speed of the repairman, but all in all I appreciate effort, respecting time frames and generally they have done a good job there.
I had a problem with my AC and they were the only ones I could reach without any delay or without offering a crap load of other service, because when I hear that, I hang.
Not really a great story, they came, I got a nice estimate. It was affordable and they got the job. I'm not easy to impress to I will not go on and on about their great service, but they have done alright and that is more than enough.
I would recommend their services.

My AC broke and we called first number we came across. We were panicking because we have a baby and it was really hot. We are not regular clients or something like that. They were there after an hour or hour and a half and fixed everything. It broke because of some really ridiculous reason, but beyond my knowledge. We were charged the regular price although we will pay much more because it was a question of urgency.
