I expected more from this daycare based on what the Director explained on the first day. Reality is somewhat different from the aspirational mission of the facility.

We loved the good nature of staff here especially the care takers and are always greatful for their wonderful services for our son.

My little girl loves it here and the teachers have always been very caring and attentive. I love the focus on play-based learning and the many field trip opportunities.‎

I was extremely dissatisfied with this daycare center. When my daughter was 9 months old, she was in this daycare for a few weeks, and we took her out almost immediately because the care was so poor. They would frequently violate the minimum ratio of caregivers:children, and they were almost constantly ignoring at least 4-5 kids who were crying their hearts out. They were simply understaffed, and poorly equipped to care for the number of kids they had.‎

Ladies at the front desk need an attitude change. Manager is less than nice
