The service department has done good work on the recalls that I've had. Their service team continaully tries to rip off the customers, over charging for simple tasks. I do most of my own car work, so I know what is involved for most of the jobs. What a rip off.
The parts department, while still over priced, is more knowledgable about the cars and products, in my opinion.
