Excellent DDS

Check-up and cleaning was very thorough -- the best I've ever had. Dr Murasaki and his assistants are very professional. I now consider him "my dentist". A prior reviewer stated that they thought the staff was curt. I didn't get that feeling at all -- they were very welcoming. Murasaki is a calm and no-nonsense kind of guy. I'm recommending him to anyone who needs a dentist.‎

horrible customer service

I called them to make an appointment for some dental work and they just brushed me off like they didn't care at all about anything, just themselves. I would recommend using anybody else other than this horrible office. If they are this rude and unprofessional while making a simple app., I can only imagine how unprofessional they are going to be inside your mouth ...
