Totally non-responsive
Based on reviews posted here, we tried contacting MSR Electric several times to do a job that would have taken two to three days. Left home and cell numbers each time. After not receiving any call backs, we assumed that they were not interested in our business. Even a courtesy call stating that they were too busy (?) to do the work would have been appreciated. No way would I ever try contacting them again.

outstanding company
needed a 220 for my dryer and some other electrical work done. call M.S.R electric and withing 15 he call back and able to set apt for the following day. work was performed clean,neat and most important very reasonable price. Highly recommend M.S.R electric to any one in need of a good,clean,friendly and professional electrician.

awesome and very proffesional and friendly electrician
had some electrical issues in our rental property located in albuquerque. Not sure who to call since we are not presently located nor live in albuquerque. After searching on line and calling many other electrical companies which many and some didnt answer the phone and the other few who did and say they would get back to us which they never did. very disappointing and unproffesional. came across M.S.R electric on your city grid portal and we were very static and grateful because Mr.Horta not only took care of the problem within a few hours that we spoke with him. highly recommend M.S.R electric as a customer not located in new mexico Mr.Horta was very proffesional,reasonable and punctual to his word.

Excellent service and very proffesional company
had some small electrical work that needed to be done around the house. needed to change out some broken receptacles and replace some old switches and not sure who to call so I research on the web. came across this company and saw it has gotten good reviews so I call them and spoke with Miguel. I was very impress by his phone skills when he asnwered and also was very delighted by his work around my house. Not only did he do what needed to be done in a proffesional manned but also clean all his work area and went the extra mile to help me move some of my furniture that needed to be moves and is to heavy for me. I Highly recommend this company not only because of his expertise but also his good will to help out outside his field. thank you Miguel.
