I'm not sure what happened with the other reviewer, but Mike has been servicing my computers at home and work since 2000. The work computers were in dire need of an upgrade and Mike not only saved the company money, but did everything quickly, too. Once my kids got onto the internet, I had to call Mike for my own computers. Will my kids ever figure out that free isn't really "free"? Probably not, but Mike fixes what the kids mess up. He's on time and his rate is reasonable. And the best part is that I don't have to worry about Mike trying to sell me something I don't need. I have no problem referring him to friends and family that need computer help.

Mike Daniels, owner of MSD Computers, was hired to install and reconfigure a sound card on my computer system for transcribing voice files. Instead of reconfiguring the com ports, he installed it on my fax modem, so every time I faxed, I had serious memory leaks and system crashes, which ruined 4 computers. The entire 7 years I used his services, my computers never worked and always crashed, causing a lot of problems with my entire business. Even when I figured out, he was extremely rude and did not fix it but just took off, leaving my business completely down..not to mention all the damage. I had to replace everything! Horrible service. I had to hire somebody else to replace and reconfigure everything. Changed to another technician, and now everything works.
