We paid for $130 total deal. What we got was a lot less, despite bringing the car back twice. The outside was almost as dirty when we picked it up as when we dropped it off. They ran it through the automatic wash once and slapped some Armor All on the tires. I could have done better at the self serve with 3 bucks. They were supposed to have waxed it, but they skipped that part. Then they added water to the carpet, making it dirty and wet as opposed to just dirty. My daughter climbed in and her knees turned black. When they got to the windows they just wiped the middle with a cloth, so it was dirty on the edges and streaky in the middle. Then, out came the Armor All, slapped on EVERYTHING (I guess that takes the place of CLEANING it). If that wasn't bad enough, they missed a bunch of spots, so we had greasy Armor All with dull dry spots. They even slathered it on the radio. To top it off, when I picked it up the 2nd time, they left the dome light on and the battery was dead. What a complete waste of time and money.
