I have had the service from this company for a few years. They were supposed to maintain the chemicals and clean the filter. Their service has degraded considerably in the last year or so. We did notice that the pool would get green every now and then. We would call them and they would come to fix it. Since I have been home due to unemployment, I've noticed that they don't come weekly. Once in a while they miss a week. I call them because our pool was getting green and they said they had been by the house. It was not true. Both, my husband and I, were there and no one showed up. When I told them so, they said they would be there next day. They never did.
These happened on 2 occasions before. Third strike... they are out! I would not recommend them at all for being a dishonest company. I checked the BBB (they are NOT a member) and they have an unanswered complaint.
