My Jenn-Air was having trouble. The company gave me this option. The guy came over and made it clear that some parts were covered and some were not and that I would pay labor. He charged my credit card $396 and promised to install it March 13, 2008 (a week later). Promptly on March 13 he calls me and says "parts have arrived but oops that part is not covered under warranty etc" and wants the balance of $240 more right away to even show up. That's after making us wait for a week. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I disputed the charge with my Credit Card Company and bought a new Gas range.
