The item ordered off the Amazon was advertised to be in stock, while in fact it's not. Proposed to wait and wait and wait for the expedite delivery already paid (?! ). The negative responses from Citysearch are very convincing and in line with what I met: this company just grabs your money and does not worry about the delivery. Beware !

I have placed a total of 7 orders now from Moviemars becuase they sell a lot of movies that are hard to find in stores, or anywhere for that matter. Shipping is super fast, and everytime I have called someone either answers or returns my call within an hour. Although i have never had to return anything, they say they have a 30 day return policy. Of all the orders they have, obviously someones package is bound to get lost..but they will reship if for you or refund you as soon as you let them know its lost. One of my orders was lost and they refunded me..of course it was my fault because i had my address changed and forgot to have moviemars change it as well. No one ever writes POSITIVE reviews because people just want to complain about stupid things. recommended to everyone! trustworthy seller!

Are you people crazy!?!?! MovieMars.com is a great internet retailer! I've order from them many, many times and the one time I had a problem, they offered a prepaid shipping label to return the broken movie and shipped me a replacement. You can tell they sell alot of stuff by how many listing they got on ebay and all the feedback too so yeah, sometimes crap happens and if your order gets lost in the mail, it's not the company's fault - duh! I called MovieMars customer service and asked them what happens if my DVD gets lost and they said they ship out a new at no charge, they just ask the customer to wait like,20 days first in case it shows up. That seems reasonable to me. I know other people who buy from them and they haven't had any issues either. The ffedback on ebay and amazon.com are all real, I'm a seller too and I know you can't fake that stuff. The people writing the previous reviews are probably just hard to please and expect everything to be perfect all the time. I called the NC attorney general and they said the company is NOT under investigation. Um and PS...ITS NOT IN CHINA!!! I LIVE RIGHT NEAR THEIR WAREHOUSE!!!

This company is a front for a Chinese company. Most of their dvds are poor quality pirated copies shipped directly from China. One reason their shipping takes so long is because their warehouse is in China, not the USA. If they do not have something in stock they will tell you that it has shipped, but what they don't say is that they have ordered the product from the Chinese factory and it can takes weeks to get to you. I don't see why Amazon allows them to use their platform to sell their goods, because this gives them an aura of respectability they don't deserve. My advice is spend more money and get the real dvd. You will do yourself a favor.

I placed an order through Amazon with this company - MovieMars. Although they charged my credit card they never acknowledged my order, no email was ever sent nor did they ever send send order! I have repeatedly tried to communicate with them but they do not reply. If you search the internet you will find many people who are taken advantage of by MovieMars. It appears that their "glowing reviews" on Amazon are fake.

This business should be closed down! Buyer beware!
