Ok..I have been going to this place ever since it opened. But today, the employee named Barbara was really rude! The store is supposed to open at 10am. Well..I arrived at 10:05am and she unlocked the exit door first and poked her head out and said in a rude manner...It is too early but I'll let you in anyway! As she unlocked the entrance door I told her that my cell phone shows it is 10:05am. Well she continued to argue with me about the time. She acted like I was disturbing her. I was so mad! So, after only about 3 mins of browsing the DVD's on the wall..my mind began to think that she does not deserve my money or me as a customer. For sure I will not be back again. I will drive a few more miles out of my way to do business else where. I was the customer!..If she doesn't appreciate customers waiting outside for the doors to open, then she can go out of business for all I care! I will not return!

Staff is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful!! There are so many movies that you always find something that you want to watch and the associates will recommend things if you need them to.
