I'm a real estate agent in Tahoe. Every time I have to work with these people is a displeasureable experience. They're curt, unfriendly, and unwilling to accommodate. I couldn't imagine having to rent one of their properties or having a property on their rental program.‎

Tom Quijada owns a property at 3683 Willow. For over three years we, (the neighbors), have been trying to get Mountain View Management, now managed by Patricia Papps, to clean up this blighted property. They have tenants that are out of control and have no onsite managers, we have been forced to clean up after this disgusting slum for five years. It is obvious that Mountain View Management doesn't care, they just keep promising to try to do something, but nothing ever happens.‎
