If you are looking for an Italian wine this is the place to go. They carry mostly Italian wines but they do have a small selection from other parts of the world. the prices are fair.

I ordered a $350 bottle of cognac (Hennessy Paradis) for my dad's birthday & paid extra for a 3-day delivery. I placed the order on Saturday and received a tracking number on Monday. On Thursday (the day of my dad's birthday), I called to make sure that everything was fine because I couldn't find my shipment on the UPS website with the tracking number I was given. The salesman told me that there had been a mixup and my order was still in the store for some reason. Apparently, the person who handled Internet orders was coming in later, so I had to call twice in order to actually speak to someone about my problem. Finally, I was able to reach the woman (Audi or something like that) and I asked her to overnight the package given the circumstances. She said she spoke to her manager (who was on vacation in another country, supposedly) and the only thing they could do for me was a 2-day shipment. And of course, she said, they would not charge me extra for the 2-day shipment versus 3-day that I paid for - a completely ridiculous statement given the fact that they screwed up, provided a false tracking number, and ruined my special occasion. She would also not give an explanation as to why they would not ship it overnight - one would think that an extra $10 of shipping charges on a $350 order is not too much to ask for, since the entire situation was their fault. I was forced to cancel my order and search for this rare cognac elsewhere. I am very upset about my experience with that store.
