Motoworld of El Cajon has serviced my families motorcycle needs for almost 13 years. This review column doesn't have enough webspace for me to list all of the great experiences we have had there. However, from the young lady saying hello at the front door to the technican that takes the time to come out of the shop (where he is making money) to explain what they did to my bike is incredible. The sales staff and people at the parts counter are always ready, willing and eager to assist us. I wouldn't bother going somewhere else if it were built in my backyard. Thank you for all of your help over the years and all the years to come.
Pros : The finest example of customer service I have ever experienced.
Cons : They don't sell cars, I'd buy those there to

I bought an $8,000 motorcycle here. It took me a while to find a sales person that cared. When I did, he was very helpful. However, the sales person and the finance manager both told me that the 600 mile service check was included in the cost of the bike. Instead, when 600 miles rolled around they charged by nearly $300 for a service check!!! When I complained, they said I was lying! Then, a young sales person starred me down. They are really immature...the people who work there, including the general manager. I would NOT buy anything there again.
