Mother Lode is a great organization with excellent guides. I've used them for family trips and girl scout groups. The guides are well trained and skilled, so you get to enjoy the ride without getting dumped in the river involuntarily. The campground is very nice (canvas tents or pitch your own) and the food is good (salmon & BBQ). Our kids had a great time.
