I bought a new truck this weekend from Mossy Toyota and was pleased with the whole experience. I've been looking for a specific FJ with certain options and they had it for sale in amazing condition at a good price below blue book. When it came down to numbers we only went back and forth a few times. It was the best overall buying experience I've ever had and I'd buy from them again.

I bought my Corolla here a few years ago, and got a good price (I did a lot of research). The sales process was a little long (the paper work took forever), but I was pleased with the sale.

My displeasure started when I needed service. I took my car here about 5 times, and not once did I feel welcomed. Sometimes the car got washed, sometimes it didn't. The last appointment I had I stood there for 15 minutes and only one person spoke to me to say they were really busy (no customers in at the moment) and someone would eventually get to me. After 15 minutes I left, and although they send me mail claiming they miss me, I doubt they really do. Don't bother getting your car serviced here. Not worth it.

My two main complaints: Sales department lied to me as to who is authorized to run maintenance service on my new Prius (they said only Toyota dealer was authorized). When I pressed them (it did not seem plausible) they finally admitted that other reliable service garages were authorized as well. Going through the process of purchasing a new car was very disappointing. ALthough I had a reserved date and time, they were not at all prepared, papers were not ready, forms were not ready, etc. It took 3 hours, while it should have taken 20-30 minutes max. All the while some of the staff were clowning, shouting across the room, playing loud music. It was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had.‎
