My two main complaints: Sales department lied to me as to who is authorized to run maintenance service on my new Prius (they said only Toyota dealer was authorized). When I pressed them (it did not seem plausible) they finally admitted that other reliable service garages were authorized as well. Going through the process of purchasing a new car was very disappointing. ALthough I had a reserved date and time, they were not at all prepared, papers were not ready, forms were not ready, etc. It took 3 hours, while it should have taken 20-30 minutes max. All the while some of the staff were clowning, shouting across the room, playing loud music. It was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had.
