Great Toyota Parts & Service - from a Dealer
I've been to this part store / department a few times since buying my FJ there. They are always very helpful and nice. I had to buy a replacement body part and the price at the store was competitive with what I found online plus I could get it in a day and know it was all genuine Toyota. I also had the part painted by their body shop where the great service continued.

Hybrid Service
Mossy Toyota recently serviced my car for a bad hybrid battery. They were very kind and courteous and made certain I was happy with their service. The battery was very expensive, but Mossy went out of their way to help me out with the pricing. The service manager I spoke with was always gracious, even when I was balking at the original price. And after the service was completed, I was not only given a working vehicle, but a very clean one as well! Other Toyota dealers have not been as helpful or good natured as Mossy. I would recommend their service department to others.

Mossy Toyota Sells Submerged Flood Car and Stands By It
Mossy Toyota sold a used car that shakes, rattles, and rolls. The dealership refused to take it back ,and told me the wild vibrations are "normal." The Nightmare started in 2007. To preserve good credit, I had to keep making payments on a car that an expert told me had been submerged.

I have serviced with them for years. I have had a problem from time to time but I have always found that the management stepped up to the plate to solve it. I recently decided to purchase a new Prius from them after renting one from them while my vehicle was in the shop. They had a great selection of vehicles and the staff was very friendly. I will only do business with them.
Pros: Great Selection, Great service and friendly people.
Cons: too many to choose from. It was hard to make up my mind
