I made an appointment with Moshi Moshi at 7.30 tonight for a hair cut. On its appointment reminder, it says: my appointment will last until 8:00. When I was right outside of its door at 7:45, I got a call from them saying they cannot keep my appointment because I was 15 minutes late. I know being late is wrong, but as a new mom with a 3-week old baby, there's just things that out of my control. I tried to explain my situation to the girl but she did not want to hear anything I say and even lectured me:" you can't be 15 minutes late and expect us to keep your appointment!" If that's the case, why they promised to keep my appointment until 8:00????

I live really far from Moshi Moshi, choosing them simply because of my friend's recommendation about how friendly they are. Well, obviously they couldn't care less about me, and lied about keeping my appointment until 8:00.
I know their business are doing very well, but without a caring heart for their customers and a consistent policy, How good the business can be?????
Now, I just got back home after 1 hour drive, feeling really disappointed and sad.
