I thought it was just me until I read the other posts. It's all true - this was the most surreal experience. I was visiting family and needed new lenses so I choose him from the phone book. I was berated for the first 10 minutes because it had been over a year since my last exam - he yelled at me - literally - and I'm 35 years old. Stuck his finger in my eye and ripped out my lenses without warning - just like the other reviewer said - got ANGRY at me when I couldn't read one of the lines - it was like a bad movie. I tried to make light of it to get him to relax, but he was just awful. Yeah, it was bad. I can't believe he's still in business.‎

I walked up to the receptionist who was acting very strange. She was just sort of staring at me. I asked her a question and she was not at all helpful. I was the only person in there and she acted as if I was disrupting her. She set up the appointment and right as I walked out I thought "I cannot come back to this place." So, I didn't.‎

Please do not go to his office. He is one is the biggest assholes I have ever come across in my life. He does not listen to your needs, and thinks he is the best eye doctor around.‎

Every year I seem to have issues with my eyes. I've even had to go numerous times before he found the right fit (contacts). He's very patient. He'll work with you until you are satisfied. I would highly recommend him! ...
