My Wife hired Moov about a week ago and i have to say these guys are just awesome!!!! they did a great job, on time, very nice and didn't use any foul language. We have used other movers in the past and there was no comparison. No Damage at all, and they covered all of out new hard wood floors with runners at no extra charge! I have already recommended then to other members of my family and i recommend them to anyone. Five Stars All The Way!!

My wife and I hired MOOV last fall when we bought a new house. The crew they brought in were friendly enough, but they did a meaningful amount of damage to our houses and furniture in the moving process (broke a screen door, scratched up walls and damage two couches). To their credit, they did discount their price once we complained to the owner about the damage, and even sent a gentlemen out to repair a chipped footing on one of the couches. Unfortunately, they didn't address the two remaining issues: the damaged screen door and other couch. Initially responsive and seemingly concerned, they promised to repair both, but nothing happened. After a few months of stalling and stone-walling, they eventually gave up returning calls altogether. While the screen door is a fairly straight-forward repair, the new sofa (now torn & marred in spots) requires extensive re-upholstering and will be expensive. We've been left holding the bag and are considering small claims court, but I hope it doesn't come to that. I advise you to be very wary and hope nothing is broken or damaged during the move. Did I mention that they knocked a huge branch off a neighbor's tree (breaking the front quarter area of their truck) during the move? Luckily, nobody was hurt, but I doubt they've sent an arborist to repair the tree either.
