I have been self employed for over 15 years and have done business with many businesses in that time. It has been a joy working with Rick and Ewa over the past four years. I have a small portable welding business and generally purchase materials from Moose Metals. I have however made use of their fabrication services, from time to time,and have found them to have always completed my projects on time and the workmen ship to be of high quality. Also having come from a racially diverse family background I find others assertions of racism to be repugnant. The owner is extremely racist! They messed up my order and wanted me to pay an additional $130 for their mistake. When I refused to pay the owner started cussing and made racial comments. Don't trust them with anything, there are much better metal shops to get what you need at a better price. There is no room for racism in America. As a business owner this guy is a joke. He mentioned that they will charge my credit card more money and after I told him that I will not allow any additional charges on my credit card he ran to my vehicle and took the product out of my trunk by force. Bottom line...extremely unprofessional, thief, racist and dirty mouth!
