I had written a earlier review for the store but I have since been contacted by the store and just want everyone to know that I did purchase a new bicycle there and they took very good care of me and apologized for my problem..I found out there were other problems at that store but now they are under new management and Ken the new manager made sure that I had excellent service there..I love my new Electra Townie Bike..it is worth every penny. I will continue doing business with them and I will also refer people to them, just as I was referred to them.
