Was seen quick by the PA, got my meds without any problems.

ok this is my first time writing ine if these so please bare with me. i injured my foot on December 14 2007 and i had been going to Monterey Bay Urgent Care for treatment. they took x-rays and say nothing wrong. needless to say a foot that they declared as perfectly normal ended up having to have surgery becasue of thier careless mistakes. every time i go there with a schedules appointed i end up waiting at least an hour before a nurse even comes out and calls my name, they lost my charts and put them only god knows were, they are incredibly disorganized for a place that is supposedly "professional", and there people skills are terrible. this place needs to be shut down or needs to be ran by someone who knows how to tun a business. they also need to get some staff in there who actually care about people and dont see that job as a way to just pay bills. i would highly recommened going to the E.R. orfinding a different doctors on duty even if its 100 miles out then ever stepping foot in that place!
