I have shopped many places for monograming. I must say, I was very impressed with this store. They have the nicest items and are so helpful. The prices are very very reasonable. The quality of the work is just absolutely great. Me as well as all my family & friends shop here.

I visit this store on a regular basis and the staff has been very helpful. All of my monograms are done here and I have never had a problem with quality of work or the time it was to be ready. In fact I have received courtesy calls from them reminding me that my order was ready to be picked up. I know it is under new management and have met the new owner, she is alway polite and helpful. Never once have I had any problems.<br />

I have been using this store for over 15 years, even when it was located in Baybrook Mall. The same African American lady that worked there is now at this store and the same Indian lady who worked at this store is still there. So the same people are doing the work. If an order was messed up, these ladies are human and I am sure many of us have made mistakes before. The same workers are in this store and I have never had any problems. So I am not sure why this lady "Norma" name is the focal point. If she is not working then how could she mess up your order. we all make mistakes and no one is PERFECT. The Indian lady is rude sometimes, but not all the time. All the other ladies have been wonderful. I RECOMEND THIS STORE TO EVERYONE!!<br />

The store is small, but I have noticed that the new owners have tried to clean it up a bit and also make more room in this store. I think space is an issue but the store is very clean. Also they carry the same product as the previous owner as well as new product. I visit this store as well as all my friends & family almost every week. We are very pleased with the customer service and the work they do. I even have relatives out of town who order and their orders have been shipped to them with no problems.<br />

As for pricing, it is the same price as before. I am sure prices will go up at some point due to the bad economy right now. Just like all other stores prices go up. I happen to stop by another Monogram place and they charge $12.50 to turn the machine on. A minimum of $12.50 so I am no complaining about a monogram name that cost start at $9.50 whih is the starting price at this shop. I have no control over what Sak's, Dillards or Macy charge so this monogram store is no different.<br />

GET YOUR MONOGRAMS DONE AT THIS STORE, YOU WILL BE VERY HAPPY.

After working more than 6 months having a quilt made for our first grandchild, we used Monograms Today to personalize it. Not only was the work shoddy and sloppy, dealing with the personnel was difficult. The phrase, "The customer is always right" is not part of their vocabulary.<br />

They forgot part of the wording; the back of the quilt was a complete mess, and my husband and I had to quickly cut off the leftover paper and the numerous hanging threads before delivering it to our grandchild that afternoon. Nobody took the time to check the work; in fact, the manager said that she had not checked the work at all.<br />

Lastly, my husband noticed that the wording on one corner was not balanced / centered... and we paid a high price for all this sloppy work. Everytime I see it, I get mad all over again, but we will eventualy take the quilt to a reputable monogramer to be repaired. <br />

This quilt was a labor of love and a future family heirloom. M.T. simply apologized but then argued with me about the sloppiness of their work, saying, "well, everybody makes mistakes". <br />

I would NEVER use this place again - BEWARE!! Drive to Houston if you must... you won't regret it.

Owner is very rude and disrespectful, worst customer service. Sloppy work for the price. Will never set foot in this shop again.

I love this store and it is one of the Best shops in Pearland. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a cute gift for any ocassion. I love the owner and she is very nice and helpful. The other ladies are nice as well. I understand that we all have a bad day here and there. Me & all of my friends and family shop at this store. I can not say it enough, This is a GREAT store. The customer service has been nothing but wonderful on every visit I have had to this store.
