Monarch at Scripps Ranch has very nice one, two, and three bedroom apartments that have a very nice kitchen with hardwood flooring, closet space, washer and dryers, and nice bathrooms. They also provide a health club, a nice swimming and BBQ area, and a clubhouse that can be rented for parties. The only negative is that parking is limited and it tends to be expensive. You can also rent furniture if needed. I would highly recommend the Monarch.
