My wife and I have purchased 6 rings as well as other things from them and have never been disappointed. The value is awesome; they are wholesalers that are open to the public. They always remember us when we go back even though it's only about once a year. I was trying to find a place in the jewelry mart over 11 years ago and they walked me into there place and spent a long time helping me find what I was looking for. She knew exactly what I was looking for, anticipated what I needed and was sincere in her interest to get me the ring and the diamond I wanted within the budget I had. Interacting with Lulu was a significant part of my devotion to this store. It is a Lovely store located in the nicest building in the Jewelry district. I felt very safe walking around on my own while I was shopping at the 550 building. The other staff were very kind too. The prices are very reasonably. I bargain hunted at over 50 stores and knew what kind of quality stone I wanted. Also the turn around time to get the ring sized and the stone set was also very fast. The staff here is wonderful and not pushy at all. It's very comforting being able to shop for jewelry without the hard sell that is all too common in many stores.

It certainly helps that the store is in one of the high rises keeping you from the fray of St Vincent shops. I have purchased many items from this location: wedding sets, diamond pendants, eternity bands and more and I can't be happier with the results.

They are also very receptive to custom work, have on site repairs and will work within your budget.

More than anything the lack of pressure really makes this a fantastic place to buy jewelry.
