I am very statisfied with Molly Maid. We call them the cleaning Nija because when they come to our office, they are swift, competent and hardly seen. I have reccommended them and will continue to do so.

Our office has been using Molly Maid since last fall. We are all in sales, and so our time in the office is limited. They have worked with us to ensure that the office is cleaned with little interuption to our day. We call them the Ninjas, because the are so quick and do an amazing job!! I would highly recommend them for your business and your home.‎

Like most households these days my wife and I both work full time to make ends meet. With 2 little boys making the house a constant mess we were spending most of our weekend just "Catching Up" on our house cleaning. We heard about Molly Maid last October and have had them clean our home every two weeks ever since. They do a fantastic job at every cleaning and their customer service department is very responsive to any issues. We now have our weekends back with no worries about cleaning the house. Molly maids came recommended to me by one of my friends and I was very excited to try them. They came over on a morning that I was taking my kids out. They started work and I left. When I got home, I was so excited to have a clean home. That was not the case. My two year old ran in the house and yelled uh oh, mess! I preceded to walk in and see disaster in my kitchen. They apparantly had left right at the 2 hour mark (they were charging per hour and did not know if I wanted them to be there more than 2 hours - don't ask me why they didn't call) They had taken my toaster oven shaken it upside down all over my floor. The crumbs were trailed all over my house. I was very upset. I called the manager thinking she would be helpful. Well, she was anything but. I probably would have kept using them if she would have been apologetic and kind. She did clean up the crumbs, but made excuses for the mess, told me if we wanted to have the rest of the house cleaned there was going to be a fee, and still charged us for the little work they had completed in the 2 hours 2 cleaners were there. (4 bedrooms and 2 baths). I have never seen my house this messy and can not believe they did not do more about it. I will tell everyone I know not to use this service.

Had them "clean" my house for the first time. They left part way thru the job. They left crumbs all over my floor. The rooms they did clean looked like they had been cleaned by a toddler. When I called to complain, the manager was unbelievably rude and condescending to me. She made it very clear she had no intention of fixing the problem. She just kept telling me they don't offer refunds. I will never use them again and strongly recommend no else does.‎
