I buy flowers from Modern Florist and also rent one of his apartments! About a few months ago i told him to fix my apartment because there was some problem and he did fix some but everything that was fixed was very cheep!!! There was something broken and had to be changed! He did change it but only 1 of them because he coldunt afford to change the other one that was old and will probably brake soon. It would only cost him like 5$ whats 5$ to him when his a millionaire? Cheap bastard only fixes what needs to be fixed and when its fixed its the cheapest thing you can get! I pay the rent for this apartment and the apartment is in really bad condition! It was in a bad condition when i got here about 3 years ago! To make things worse he just increased the rent few months ago i could not believe it! Im paying more than what i should for a small apartment that's falling apart!
