FAST SERVICE, AFFORDABLE PRICES, CRAFTSMANSHIP. I brought 8 pairs of lovingly worn shoes/boots to them today. The salesperson was kind, knowledgeable, and gave me the choice on how much I could spend based on the repairs each shoe needed. One of the eight pairs that I took home would have needed a design reconstruction, the salesperson explained that and said it would cost more than the shoe was worth. I spoke with customer picking up their cowboy boots, the shoes were worn out and torn when dropped off. THEY LOOKED LIKE BRAND NEW COWBOY BOOTS!!!!! The prices were as stated in other reviews.You must pay for your purchase when you drop off your shoes. 5 of the shoes I dropped off will be ready for Saturday.The other two are will-call (major repairs need extra time).This saved me from having to purchase NEW shoes. Peter is amazing - an old school cobbler who knew better than I did (in the best of ways) what my shoes needed. He's fabulous. Shoes might be ready later than day or the next, no major waiting. He made two pairs of my slippery high heels into very solid and non-slippery yet still very pretty shoes. (I had been told by another local shoe repair guy that this was not possible.) He's a nice guy and the world would be a better place with more businesses like this. I highly reccomend this place!‎

I took my very nice, very spendy boots in for a 1/2 sole. Peter did an excellent job: the soles were hand cut to the shape of the boot, he matched the rubber to the boot itself so it looks like he boots came that way, and they soles haven't budged or loosened anywhere, in spite of regular use. Plus, the price was great for the level of craftsmanship. He probably wouldn't win any personality contests, but I don't give a crap because he's good with shoes-- which is all I want in a cobbler. He knows what he's doing, he does it very well, they were ready when he said they would be, and I will definitely be going back‎

Model Sheo Renew capped two of my favorite pairs of heels, and they look flawless. I'd completely worn away one of the heels on my favorite boots, and they fixed it so perfectly that you'd never know it's not the original heel. And the best part is that getting all this great work done didn't break the bank. I'll be back, certainly!!‎

This was the first time I've had shoes repaired, and it was absolutely excellent. I brought in a pair of shoes that had been absolutely beaten to hell, and for $25 had so many things expertly repaired (putting two new heels on my dress shoes, sewing the upper back onto the sole, repairing a hole in the sole, shining them, and restitching part of the heel), I basically had a new pair of shoes. They went above and beyond what had been promised, and I will absolutely go there each and every time.‎
