I've been going to Mock since I was in diapers. My parents will not even think of going any where else for their car maintenance, but Mock! Everyone in there has always been very nice and courteous, even on busy days.

Been there twice and had horrible experiences both times. The first time I went for an oil change and they cut my windshield wiper fluid line, put too much oil in, and left the filter loose.

The second time I was on vacation and a friend took it in for me, unknowingly, and they fixed stuff that didn't need to be fixed, adding more money to my bill and their profits. Very dishonest, and I hate waiting in such an uncomfortable environment. How about not taking advantage of people.
