I have been to Dr. Gatchlian before, but was quite unhappy with my last experience. Nobody from the office called to follow up on my condition and they did not bother to call me back with the results of my CT scan. I called twice to get the results almost 32 hours later and was told they couldn't find anything and did not recommend a course of action until I was persistent in finding out what was wrong. I never directly talked to Dr. Gatchlian after my visit. The nurse Linda seemed uninterested and was not helpful at all. I am dissapointed because I do not feel that Dr. Gatchlian took the time to discuss my condition at length and she did not offer me any suggestions as to what my condition might be.

I will be seeking a new primary care doctor immediately. I do not recommend this doctor because I feel her communciation skills are greatly lacking.
