I had my car in for repairs recently. They figured out what was wrong with it and for a very minimal cost returned the car to me in great running shape. They said they did what they could and it would be good for a while, but it needed a rebuild. The car had over 200k on it and I was surprised they got it going at all. It ran well for a few months after that but I didn’t want to chance it. I took it back and got it rebuilt and my little car will hopefully go another 200k. It shifts just like brand new now.

The pricing was straight forward and never changed. There were no surprises either. The car runs great now and I do appreciate the honest service they offer.

I like the way this shop operates. They are very straight forward and dont play games when it comes to repairing your car. They always call if something else is necessary. You wont get over or up charged here either.

This shop has nice people that know a lot about the work they are doing. They are very experienced professionals and handle themselves as such. The care was fixed pretty fast and still works great!

Since the first time I went to Mission Viejo Transmission I have been impressed. Beyond the great service and feeling appreciated something to this day stands out as being my best experience. My sister was going away to school so my dad told us to get her car checked before her road trip to Arizona. We naturally took the car to Kevin and, not only did he check everything to make sure it was safe, but he went a step further. He asked my sister what she would do if she got a flat tire and had no cell phone service. You guessed it. He took over an hour to show her how to change her tire, BY HERSELF !!! He never touched anything but was right there to show her how to do it and encourage her. He also showed her how to check and add oil, coolant, power steering, brake, and transmission fluid. As she was washing her hands with a big proud smile on her face, Kevin walked up and gave her his card with his cell phone number on it and told her to call anytime day or night if she has a car problem. That was 8 years ago and my sister still has his card in her purse. On the back of the card he wrote "I am proud of you, Good Luck in school !!!" That is why I give Mission Viejo Transmission 5 stars !!! Our whole family will never take their cars anywhere else. Thank you Kevin.
