The girls here are all very Welcoming. They accomodate our appointments based on our schedule and also call us for follow ups and appointment reminders:)

Bright Now Dental has taken care of my and my children's dental needs for years. He is the kind of dentist you search for for years and know is out there somewhere. He cares and it shows in his work and the time he's willing to spend with you to achieve the best possible results. I would not consider going anywhere else. A huge THANK YOU to this clinic, and their staff from the Alvarez family.

This place is amazing! I have been coming here for over a year now and their service is top notch! Everyone is friendly and caring. Everything is great! It is hard to find a good dentist. But this place really go above and beyond to give people superb treatments.

Have gone in on two different occasions. Each time the staff in the front really do not understand how to generate return business or the importance of it. The 1st impression of this office was when I had stopped by to see what they were all about as a new patient. One would think that a new patient would get the best treatment.....wrong. After leaving there I found myself a different dental office. The second visit was merely on convenience...my spouse was having wisdom tooth pain and had wanted to be seen right away. He figured that he would give them a second chance being that it was a couple years later. FYI....He had a wonderful experience with Bright Now Dental in Seattle, Washington. We have great insurance. They definitely seem to practice the "Bait and Switch" routine. Not only that the staff has no respect for protecting your personal information like your Social Security number. It is common for you to be seated in the lobby overhearing the staff loudly speak your personal info including your social to the insurance company on the phone, while checking coverage. Upon voicing my concerns about the office staff's unprofessionalism, she told me that they are aware of this problem. Apparrently, they had just held a team meeting earlier regarding this situation.Working retail for many years, I pride myself in Customer Service....This office and their staff should be ashamed of what they allow a customer / patient to endure.

Doctors "seem nice" but the front office personnel along with the office manager are extremely talented crooks. They quote a price at the beginning, but after the services are rendered, it's a different price. They tell you a certain something is covered by the insurance and when it's time to checkout, that something is suddenly not covered by the insurance and that they were confused. Classic bait and switch. They will charge you for using their restrooms if they can get away with it!

It's hard for me to believe that the doctors there are unaware of the fine work done by the front office. Most likely they are aware of it, not only that, they probably encourage it.

I agree with the previous reviewer, the office techs are rough around the edges, the facilities are falling apart, way to busy, long long waits and after all of that, get ready to be "reamed". I certainly didn't leave their office with a "smile on my face"!

I challenge Mission Viejo Dental to respond to my comments in this forum.
