I have used this ATM several times to make deposits into my business account. It's the same as any other locations. What is noteworthy is that the parking lot is narrow. I had a lady bash her door into mine (no damage, luckily) and it can be hard to back out or jam up with traffic. So I don't love that.

There's a security guard in front hovering around the ATM. When I was there, he was a bit chatty which was fine, but odd. Other than this, it's your standard Mission Federal location. I use it because there's no fees for standard business checking, provided you meet certain criteria.

This banking company I have had since college and have never had a problem with my accounts. They offer checking, savings, credit cards, personal loans, car loans, mortgages, mutual funds and other financial services. This branch was conviently located next to my place of work. The staff was alway courteous and friendly. The service was quick but still personal. I was able to perform many transactions, including loan applications during my lunch break. The bank tellers are quick to process your request and always smile. I feel that my money is safe and that the rates I pay for loans or credit are fair. Watch for special promos from this bank as they usually have the lowest car loan rates in San Diego.

Average rates, average benefits, average services. This is the plain Jane of credit unions.
While I will say that having a half-day open on Saturdays is nice, but even so, the employees seem too eager to start their weekend.
The management is not far from awful. It's a constant struggle to get someone to actually understand what I'm talking about. Their upgraded online system is more difficult to maneuver through than the one before.
It's like a nasty cycle: There's an issue with the online system so you call the call center which directs you to the branch. The tellers often can'™t help you, so you'™re left with the crappy management.
I would strongly disagree that "my mission is their mission". However, old and lukewarm coffee is always there for your refreshment.

I just love them. They make you feel important, don't charge you for every single service you ask. They treat you right and provide you with the best service.

I had had several account with other banks but this one it the keeper. They always treat their customer well and I never had a problem. They offer free checking and savings account too.
