I have the best red in my hair thanks to this trendy salon. Love my natural looking red that I used to have as a child.
They use goldwell color which is top of the line Great service too!

To prospective customers and vendors: This shall serve as a warning to proceed with great care when dealing with the owner, STACEY, of this establishment. While the salon is known to give great haircuts and the employees are very kind and friendly, there is a serious issue with the owner's disposition and unfriendliness.
Without provocation on my part, merely attempting to resolve a $19 outstanding payment issue, I was threatened on October 30, 2009, with bodily harm, threatened to have my nose broken and the owner's car door rammed into my body. To top it all off, she backed her car into the back side of my vehicle and fled the scene.

All this occured in front of her business with the customers and employees watching.

This is not acceptable behavior by an adult and I feel that a warning to all customers and vendors is warranted.

The staff is so nice and normal. They take time to hear your goals with your hair. I love my color and my smooth shiny hair style . My bill was not outrageous. I love going there . I look forward to it every few weeks.

Manager admitted to messing up my appointment time. I had already driven 40 minutes to get there so I didn't want to wait the 90 MINUTES she suggested I wait. Later, she called me to reschedule and when I tried figuring out how the appointment was messed up and what they would do to improve my experience next time, she said "It's been a long day...I'm hanging up on you now".
With all of the choices of salons, I guarantee you can find a better place to go to than Mirror Mirror.
