We worked with Raul from Miron to find our apartment in Murray Hill. Unlike alot of the broker's we spoke to, Raul took the time to listen to exaclty what we wanted. When he showed us spaces, they weren;t all perfect, but they were all pretty close to what we were looking for. When we finally chose one, a convertable two bed in our price range with no broker fees, he was super on top of it with the paperwork and even spoke with our parents about the guarantor process. At the end of the day, we are totally excitied to be living in our awesome apartment and would definitely use him again.
