I have a family member at this facility. It is very difficult. They provide all the have-tos as required by the state. The place is always clean. But the staff is unfriendly, and you never feel welcome to come and visit. And if you have a problem.......very difficult to resolve. No one listens or takes you serious. You have to get really angry to get them to take any action.
