I called Pride Piper to repair my outdoor grill. Pride Piper showed up and cleaned the grill, and told me I probably needed a new regulator, and left. When I did not hear back from them, I called Frank at MInx to come out. Frank took the grill apart and discovered there had been a fire behind the control panel. Frank installed a new regulator, electronic ignition, and got the burners to light completley. The grill now works. I won't call anyone else to work on my grill.
