NEVER Called back. NEVER gave an estimate before work. Came LATE each time. Did NOT do a decent job.

After at least 3 weeks of calling, we finally get an answer. We ask if they have room for another job and they say yes. We ask for an estimate to plow our driveway, we are specific with what needs to be done and what doesn't matter too much. I feel that we are fairly relaxed about it. Since I run a business out of the house I do need the plowing done by 8:30am and am willing to pay extra.They come and plow the driveway when it did not need plowing then never call. We keep trying to call and finally (again) get an answer. I ask if they can do our drive and what the estimate was. They say yes you are on the list and I don't know your cost.

Next snow storm comes, they come to plow fairly late, many hours after the storm had passed. We shrug our shoulders and say to ourselves, maybe they were super busy and behind today. Everyone has off days.

Next snow storm comes and goes. We wait 5 hours. We call at 5pm. We leave a message that we have customers coming at 8:30am. No reply call. No plow. We get up at 5:30am to shovel and manage a path from the car garage to the road. No one else will get up this drive and if they do, there is nowhere to park. I cancel business for the day. Cost: about $200. At noon, they are there plowing, and neglected to plow out the two spots that we need, basically went over where we shoveled and a bit wider.

Again, I think maybe they had a tough night or an emergency. I call to ask about details of price and times and if I might have been lost on the list and it was a mistake. I finally get an answer at 5:30pm (after trying all day) and I tell the lady who I am and when the plow came and that I had to cancel business that day and if there was a way to solve this. She YELLED at me (after yelling at the child who answered the phone) then hung up.
