i called today and i talked to one of their employes ( named matt i think) very helpful, wayyy cheaper than bestbuy, and it sounds like they will work with you without making you run through bureaucratic style hoops like best buy does. i asked them if they could pop some of their ram in my laptop to see if thats the issue, and they had no problem doing it !! FREE OF CHARGE!! unlike best buy who wanted 70 $ to diagnose, they said they would help me diagnose for free, even if that happend to be ram, battery etc‎
