A great place to purchase a Honda
I checked out the reviews on a few websites on Miller Honda before I went to check it out for myself. The reviews weren’t great but I figured I’d give them a shot since I work so close by. I’m not sure why the reviews were so poor because I had a really good experience. I went in for a test drive on the new Insight and really got along well with my sales rep. He went over all the options including colors, packaging, etc and an estimation what I should expect. Easy breezy! I headed back there a week later with my parents, since I was getting the car for them, and was given the same attitude by another sales person! He was very cordial and very respectful towards my parents. Since their English isn’t that great, he was able to go over all the details with them slowly and in a respectful manner. We were in and out of there rather quickly. This probably has to be the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had. But seriously, try them out yourself. You’ll really be surprised at how accommodating they can be!

Dishonest and over priced by Niki D. at InsiderPages
Went there to buy a new car, was promised a great deal over the phone. I told them that I would absolutely not pay over sticker for the car, and they promised me that I would not be wasting my time if I went in. When I went there, their asking price was $5K over sticker. After long negotiations, only got down to $3K over sticker and they gave me a hard time for not accepting the deal. They said it was a hot car and that it would be the best deal in town. I visited several dealers the next day, all of them which offered me prices $3K better than their last offer. I would never waste your time and even set foot into the dealer. You will most certainly find a much lower price somewhere else. They were the most expensive and worst experience I had when shopping for a car.

Parts department very unethical by Abraham S. at InsiderPages
I bought a timing belt from here that ended up being too big. When I went to try and return the part they immediately said they could not return it because the part was used. The part was never even put on the car. After we established that the part needed to be handled in order to verify that it would not fit they started claiming that I could not return the part because the package was open. That the only thing they could do was to give me an exact same replacement. I informed the man that I had already installed another belt and that I just wanted my money. After several minutes going back and forth I decided to take a replacement part and try to sell it on ebay. When I informed him that I would take his offer on the exact same replacement part, he said he wouldn't give it to me because that part was not defective. A complete contradiction to what he had offered me before. Finally he just got up and started to walk away. I asked for the GM and he said he was out sick. PLEASE save yourself the headache and DO NOT do business with these people.

Miller Honda is unethical by Asexy B. at InsiderPages
My first bad experience was about 25 years ago. I had gone there to check out new cars. I wasn't sure if my credit would qualify me so I filled out some paper work. I got approved. I told the salesman I needed time to think about it and I would get back to him. That salesman called me everyday at WORK till I finally ordered him to stop calling me. let him know his approach didn't work for me and I would never buy a car there.

August 2006
I had bought a 2003 preowned Honda in June and it was totaled late August 2006. My insurance covered a rental for about 30 days. I needed to hurry up and find a new car. I went to MIller Honda of Culver City not because I was going to buy a car there, but they are my local Honda dealer and I wanted to see what was on their lot. I told them my story and they seemed so sympathetic and eager to help. I had gone there wanting to replace the car that was totaled, a 2003 Honda accord ex. We looked all over and they didn't have anything. The salesman kept showing me other things. He saw my desperation and need and he began to try and capitalize on it. I left the lot and told them that if any 2003 EX's came in to give me a call, I was only up the street. About an hour later the phone rang and the salesman told me someone who took a car earlier that week's credit came back not good so they had to bring the car back. I raced over there. I sat in the car, it was nothing like the one I just had. It had cloth seats, not leather and no sunroof. When I asked the salesman about that he said they could add one. I told him I thought they were standard features, he told me they were not. They offered to pay to add an after marked sunroof or leather seats. One or the other. Then they tried to over charge me. They tried to sell me an LX in the dark. Not only that they told me the total for the car after they added the roof and I did the seats wo
