I never write reviews for things, but the experience I had dealing with Millennium Plumbing is almost beyond belief. First of all, it seemed like I had just hung up the phone, when their technician was knocking on my door. One of the most courteous gentlemen I have ever dealt with was my technician. He immediately came in, diagnosed my situation (broken flange) and with lightning quickness fixed everything. He left, but not before cleaning the area he worked in, leaving a card, and offering to follow up in a couple of days. When he followed up he listened to a few questions I had and provided in-depth, intelligent answers. I have never felt better after dealing with a service company.
