I have 3 friends that live in Mill Villa Estates....one of which had the hill behind her house collapse completely into her back yard from a rain storm. The developers of Mill Villa would not take responsiblity to fix this devastation and it has been over 2 years that she has lived in this mess. After lawsuits...the county is actually fixing the retaining wall...but she will need to sue Mill Villa to get her yard and fence put back in. Not good.
