I called and their advertisement and services available is incorrect!!!! 1) they don't do custom shirts on the premises 2) you can't bring custom material in to be used 3) it would take 6-weeks to get a custom shirt but, like I said in item 1, they don't do it ...

I order my Halloween costume a few weeks ago, when my costume arrived I notice my top was to small and I was very disapointed. My mom came and told me that I could have my top tailord, I went online to look for tailors around my area. I found the Milano Taylors I called and since Mrs. Rita was such a sweet heart over the phone I took my Halloween top with them. Mrs. Rita and Mr. Enzo were very polite and nice to me, I went to pick up my top yesterday and it looks better than before and it fits perfectly well. I like the fact that Mrs. Rita and Mr. Enzo took their time to look around for a material that matched my Halloween top. I totally recomend the Milano Tailors.
