Treats customers like enemies
I bought one Chevy from Mike Savoie 10 years ago and was very mad that the lady yelled at me in front of the other customers, her customer, for smoking. Manager later apologiez. 2 days ago, I went there to look around new cars and thought the service should be improved. Yes, new people but same attitude. That dealer figured I wasn't ready for buying and refuse to spent time with me and there was no other customer waiting.
