With the used sales dept., I had a great deal of trouble and had to take my complaint to the BBB. Their ad claimed the car had a keyless feature, and they said they would take care of it during the sale. 3 days later, they simply said the feature was not available, and they did not offer to make things right. As an added insult to me, they even gave me a used remote fob from some other used car, which did absolutley nothing. I guess Fox thought they would lead me on until I gave up. When I eventually got a hold of the sales manager, he was very rude and refused to continue the conversation. Finally, through the BBB, I got my refund, but no apology for all the hassle. When Fox makes a mistake, it's the buyer who pays. They obviously don't care about customer satisfaction. Beware!

I was looking to get new windshield wipers for my Passat so I called their service department to get them priced out. Their prices seemed very high so I asked them if another auto parts store would carry them and they got pretty hostile and defensive with me. I told them I was just asking a question - they clearly only want to talk about doing business with them. And weren't willing to help me discuss my options.

I was curious about the Jetta after seeing all those tv commercials, so I stopped by to try one out. They gave me a fully loaded one to try and it was very smooth.
